Scoutapalooza Callout Schedule Online

Schedule for May 16, 2008 Call Out at Scoutapalooza
- 7:30 PM - O/A Troop Representative Meeting at 20 Stage and Bleachers south of the Goats and Poultry Barn. For your O/A Troop Representative or a youth O/A member. Adult O/A members and Scoutmasters are invited to attend.
- 8:25 PM - Make sure your troop is ready to leave camp for the ceremony. All Scouts and Leaders should be in full BSA uniform with shorts/pants.
- 8:30-9:00 PM - Guides, with torches, will start calling troops to follow them to the ceremonial grounds. All troops are asked to follow a guide to the ceremony grounds. Guides have been instructed not to wait for every troop; we ask that you be ready to leave when your Guide arrives. If you miss your guide, we ask that you head to the ceremony grounds with your unit and arrive on time.
- 9:15 PM - Pre-Opening Ceremony and Call Out Ceremony being held at 20 Stage and Bleachers south of the Goats and Poultry Barn. Please be sure to arrive and sit as a unit.
- O/A Ice Cream Social - Following the ceremony, all those newly elected candidates will be taken to the Fine Arts Building for an orientation. All O/A members are invited to follow the candidates and attend the orientation followed by an Ice Cream Social to welcome and congratulate our new candidates. This event is open only to O/A members and newly elected candidates.
For further instructions each Scoutmaster will receive complete and detailed instructions when they arrive at check in on Friday night.
