Section ConclaveCome join us for fellowship, training, and most importantly, FUN in the sun! It’ll be a wet-and wild weekend where you can enjoy the great aquatic outdoors!The Section Conclave will be held the weekend of August 22-24, 2004 at Camp Drake in Fairmount, Illinois. Download the Section C3-C Conclave Registration Form. The FUN includes: RC Boat Races | Giant Slip’n’Slide | Cardboard Canoes | Bellyflop Contest | Section Leadership bellyflop against the Champ of Camp Drake: Cameron Hahne | Titanic Pancakes | Beach Volleyball | Instructional Swim | Duck Pond Cost: $27 ($8 late fee if after Aug. 13th) Register by August 13th. Each Troop is asked to provide transportation for the youth from your unit. If additional transportation arrangements are necessary, please contact your Chapter Adviser. We look forward to seeing you at Camp Drak where we devotin’ Full time to floatin’ Under the C-3 Sea! |

About the ConclaveThe Section Conclave is an annual gathering of Arrowmen from the 6 lodges in our section that we work with to help strengthen our program. Some events planned are Lodge Competitions, Training, Ceremony Competitions, and Patch Trading. The purpose of this weekend is to HAVE FUN, and enjoy the fellowship with Arrowmen from both Michigamea Lodge as well as the other lodges in the Section. |
